After a lively summer of outdoor jazz and blues festivals taking place all across Massachusetts, the "State of Jazz" is not finished, with four more jazz festivals slated to take place September in Boston,Cape Cod and Western Mass, according to MassJazz.com, which promotes the state's jazz scene throughout the year.
