This has been a true New England winter. We've had our (normal) fair share of cold, snow, and wind. So easily the fresh beauty of the snowfall fades quickly away as the pristine white snow gets mucked up by road grime. It's so easy to forget the beauty of this cold, white season. However, nothing complements the winter blue sky quite like the frozen white reservoir.  I find myself savoring this beautiful season, for before too long the white will fade away and green will emerge.
